We do this three ways:
- We provide a memo book that you
can use to leave any specific instructions or issues.
- We make regular follow-up calls
from our office to check that our service is meeting
your expectation.
- Performance inspections are routinely
conducted to ensure that the cleaning meets our franchise
standards.
Our systems focus on checking on quality
ensuring that any quality issues are identified before
they become problems. We monitor and record any quality
incidents to ensure that if an issue is identified it
is rectified, rather than fixed up temporarily only
to repeat itself again. |
